mstebner's Journal
A milestone (target BMI zone reached)
Proof of being on track is confirmed. My weight has reached the healthy BMI zone (again). I am both encouraged and motivated to make it through the holidays with positive movement toward my ultimate target weight.

A good start
It's been a good first 2 days; back on both the exercise and nutrition plans. Having just read "Winning by Losing" (Jillian Michaels), I learned a bit more about dealing with hypoglycemia and some concrete dietary goals to use. But, maintaining a 20% carb balance over the long haul is going to take some effort (and eating 50% protein is a bit challenging as well). I must confess, I needed help moving those 6 250-pound blocks of sandstone today.

First milestone of the year was accomplished; 175
Good help from "Younger Next Year" and "8 Minutes a Day" A combination of regular aerobics (6 days/week), dietary focus and resistance training has made me feel more invigorated.

Half way to the first goal.
After one month, I am on track and have lost 1/2 the weight I need to get back to "normal".
