Working Out again...
I'm finally getting back into the rhythm of my workouts after over three full weeks where I was far too busy to do anything (I didn't even have time to sleep at home). As stressful as it all was, though, during those weeks I was so self-fulfilled in my work and optimistic about life -- and I couldn't bring myself to even take 5 or 10 minutes for a jog. Now, though, that I'm mildly depressed again it's remarkably easy to go run for 25 minutes or spend 45 minutes doing free weights and core exercises. Why is it that when life is good, it's hard to work out, but when shit hits the fan all of a sudden we make time for it?
