lost another pound!
yay another pound lost. Yesterday was a great day. My husband and I work together and keep each other on track.

urgh...gained .5lbs
How frustrating. So skipped a workout yesterday. could that be my reason for gaining the .5lbs? wonderingif I need to lower my calorie intake to shed more pounds. Lets see if the workout I did today and "try" to eat at least 100 less calories today will help.
