mtupstairs sent the following motivation to Danny11068: You are very difficult to motivate my son. If you don't stick to the plan, I can't be much help. Am I annoying the shit out of you yet?

About Me
I am in my 40's and striving to become a better and healthier pool player. Some may disagree, but I believe pool is no different than any other sport in terms of requirements to be great. You need practice and discipline as a foundation and better health will build upon that foundation to improve your game even more.

mtupstairs's Journal
So-so day
Well, I missed a few of my goals for today, but overall not a bad day. The foods I ate were much healthier than what I have been eating lately. I am determined to get back into this full force.

Keep at it!
Thanks for your kind words, If there is one thing I have learned from trying to loose the fat is that it is a constant battle everyday. Some days we win and some we need to do a little better. Overall, aslong as we have more days where we win, then the results will happen! Congrats on keeping the weight off and focus on your new goal. You can do it!

Rough Day
Wow, rough day today. Woke up late, didn't make lunch. That was bad choice number one. Went downhill from there. All in all, not the worst day and I will recover the losses. I just have to beat myself up a bit to keep it from happening too often.
