Still a few goals ahead to look forward to...
A couple mini-goals are in place now to hit some really nice milestones. Minus 45lbs to get into the terrific two's Minus 24lbs for a minus 200lb total Minus 54lbs to reach Doctor's first mini-goal weight Minus 90 lbs to reach old football playing weight Minus 120lbs to reach personal goal weight Minus 145lbs to reach "normal" BMI range for myself
