    Feeling GREAT

    It's summer, I'm fit and healthy and full of energy. Just finished a HIIT and abs session after night shift. Now I'm going to bed.

    Volume over weight

    Trying something different to change the routine a bit and hopefully up the ante a little. For the next few weeks I will be trying a 10x10 routine. 10 sets of 10 reps each for one or two muscle groups at a time. That means only one/two different exercises per session, and no machines.. Let's see what it does

    FLU!!!

    Was out of action for 3 weeks after having the flu and taking some time off to recover! Very FRUSTRATING to start slow again to get back in it!!!
