Got to get on track and stay on track
There is so much confusing and stress in my life right now working 40 hours a week and being a full time student is really taking it's toll on me. I keep trying to set goals but then they are broken as soon as they start. I really hope that this time around I can stay on focus and work my way to my goal. It's time to loose the excuses and just push towards my goals. Life is all about what you have done and have made happen. It's about friends and family and the good times you have all shared. The most important thing by far is your health and right now being 6' tall and 118 pound is not healthy and that needs to change. Life is to short to live everyday hurting because you lifted something to heavey the day before. So starting today I am going to do my best to get ripped and make it to my goal.
