    Title...

Hey Whats up. I noticed you haven't posted an update for a while. I hope this doesn't mean your going off course with your fitness goals. I am here to motivate you! How is it going? Are you managing to fit in any training?

    Title...

Hey mxghandi, thanks for accepting my motivator request. Yeah I haven't updated for a while, but I'm starting to get back into keeping my dailyburn.com up to date. Yeah, I'm basically trying to get back into shape. I injured my ligaments last October and my right foot hasn't been the same since, but I've started training a lot. I think I need all the motivation I can get, although I am eating healthily and training regularly. I train early in the morning before work, so I can just relax or go for a run when I get home. It's not easy getting up, but it's getting easier. How is your diet/exercise going?

    Rain Rain, no excuses.

I have not been keeping up, that is totally clear. It's hard since I'm so used to a different lifestyle. The motivation is there I just need better time management. I'm finding myself to be to busy to eat, constantly running late etc. Today for example, I woke up late, got delayed by the rain. All I've had so far is a redbull. Not a very good way to start the day. I need to adjust. The goal for the next couple days is preparing meals before bed so I don't have think about it so much in the morning. On a better note, when I actually do eat its fairly healthier than the crap I would scarf down before (minus the breakfast I had this morning haha). It's taking me some time to adjust but I guess that's okay since I am taking it more seriously than I have in the past and actually making a lifestyle change. It's much different than before, where I would try and lose weight in all the wrong ways. It's not even about losing weight for me anymore but just trying to be healthy. I figure if I just try and eat healthier and work out consistently my body will do the rest. No diets, no extreme methods, I just want to eat the best I can so I can feel and look the best I can.

    Cough

Have you tried breathing over steam infused with some eucalyptus? I find that really helps. How were the midterms? B.

    Cough

I was out with a flu for almost a week but once you get better you just have to hop back onto your plan. You can do this! Just take er easy and watch what you eat and when you feel up to it, hit those workouts hard :)
