myherobobhope sent the following motivation to vandyhawks: Jean's birthday took a day off my fitness goals... I got back into the swing of things on Sunday and went again Monday... I finally updated everything. It's Leg day today for me, and tomorrow is the first official weigh in. Hopefully Paula Dean's buffett didn't kick me back over 290.

Booo
Weighed in today at 2.5 pounds heavier than last week... not sure if it was due to a weekend of crappy eating (possible) or if I am retaining more water from overdoing the protein powder... I'm going to cut back on both this week and up my fiber intake and see where that takes me. I might weigh in again tomorrow just to see how much daily fluctuation I have.

First weigh in tomorrow
I haven't been as bad as my journal looked... I went to the gym on Sunday and Monday (and will go again today). My current fear is that brunch at Paula Dean's buffet will keep my weight from dropping this week. Weigh in is in about 18 hours, and I will make sure to update DailyBurn more frequently. I should probably get back to adding on my daily food intake, but it's a pain in the ass.

Post Wedding
I missed my wedding goals... but oh well... I'm trying to get down to 235ish before my thirtieth birthday. I haven't been to the gym since the wedding, and I'm hoping getting on here will motivate me. I have been sick, but that's no excuse for missing the gym for a week. Hopefully my work schedule sorts itself out and I can get back on the ball.
