Snap into it
Snap into the JIM MAN...haha!!! I have been focusing mostly on getting my running skills on. I run, bike and swim. My goal is to blast my troops out of the water in the PT department. All those out of shape 18 year olds. I am almost there with the run.

That weekend totally threw my who counting calories out the window. I see your calorie goals were met last week. Well done! I am sure that prtion control is what it is all about.

am not seeing any loss yet, but I am trying to keep it in my calorie range. I didn't expect to see anything yet. I am just trying to keep in the habit of being honest with what I report here. I love that you can see it here...that helps! Keep at it.
