    Why don't we have them. I wish i could update my journal from anywhere and i don't have to wait until i get to a computer. Same goes for the message boards. This should be built into the app.

    Day 12 of 24

    It turns out i wasn't consuming enough calories. So i've kicked up the consumption a bit. I'm hoping this time i'll see more inches come off. It just feels like 1500 calories a day is too much. Should i be eating less?

    Day 10 of 24

    Today is my last day of the cleanse portion of the challenge. If I could do one thing differently I would have worked out more. Although I didn't have official workouts logged, I've added more activity to my everyday. I'm walking around more at work and parking far when going to the store. They may seem minimal, but I'm hoping every little bit counts. I’m nervous for tomorrow. I haven’t noticed any major changes, but tomorrow morning I weigh in and measure. Fingers Crossed!!

    Day 9 of 24

    I'm still on the 24 day challenge and staying true. I haven't weighed in yet, but i'm suppose to wait until day 11 to do my next check in. I'm personally not noticing too much change, but they say you notice the difference when you complete the whole challenge. On another note, I was feeling a bit forgetful since starting so i added an omega supplement to the regime. Also, i've been feeling extra tired. I guess i can take the SPARK energy juice, it helps a bit, but my biggest struggle is waking up in the morning. Any suggestions? What do you do to get that much needed pep when you wake up?

    Day 2 of 24

    Woke up 3 times last night/this morning with a strange antsy feeling. I figured it was due to the exercise from yesterday. I'm keeping up with the plan, and so far so good. I have to admit thought, i'm not a fan on the Morning Fiber. :p
