New Features
Nader, DB rolled out some new advanced nutrition features. Basically, if you work out any day, it factors the calories and tells you how many MORE calories you need to eat. It will automatically change the amount of protein you need to take. Also, based on this data, it will tell you "At this rate, youll gain X a month" or "At this rate, you'll LOSE Y a month". It's pretty amazing man, I dont think paper and pencil can tell you this.

Body Data
I inputted new body data (chest, arm, thigh, shoulder, and waist size), so check out my chart. Most of it is still only 1 number so I don't have a trend yet. I calculated a new BF% more accurately, and it turns out I'm only 5%. 3-5% is competition range for professionals. O_0

Well, a lot of micro-muscles that aren't visible will take part in strength. Maybe thats why you looked bigger, but lacked those micro-bits. Man I'm definitely getting "bulgier", my fat is way done on the upper body area and I see more curves and stuff. Or, I could just have a constant pump or something. Working out is awesome. I've never maintained such amazing nutrition before when working out. Long live dailyburn.
