    HCG P3

    I have just finished a 21 day round of HCG injections and have lost 21 pounds! The diet was super duper strict (500cal, no fat, limited variety in food options) but I managed to make it through. I am now going to do about 6 weeks of the P3 then I can do a longer second round ... Now that I know I can eat certain things during P2 I think I can make it through a longer round. I am not sure that I could stomach another round without shirataki noodles and coconut oil!! Yesterday was my first day of P3 and I super indulged by adding in eggs, cheese, coconut flour, yoghurt and sugar free chocolate instead of adding them one at a time but, thank god, there was very little movement on the scale so looks like I can continue.

    HCG Week 1

    Just finished my first week on HCG. The first couple days after the load were tough but have gotten used to it. I am getting a bit sick of soups but they do fill me up. Good news is that I have lost 10 pounds! Not bad for one week. It definitely helps to motivate me on. Not sure that I will be able to do a 6 week round though .. 3 weeks at a time might be more realistic.
