    after workout 3

    did lots of leg exercises on workout 2 (squats, lunges, etc.) and seemed good at the time--impressed myself, but 2 days later i'm in pain!!! months of yoga has definitely built up my legs, but just goes to show you that variety is essential to fitness. can mildly feel the upper-body workouts--i think the push-ups program has helped prepare me for those.
