About Me
I'm a working mom of two cutie little boys and previous fat girl. My goal is to never be that ever again and to raise children that have nutritionally sound habits.

...working out regularly! Question: how do you fit in regular exercise with work and family?

New Plan
How's the New Plan working?? I've started back to the gym- averaging about once a week... my New Plan is to use the gym 3 times per week. Wish me luck :)

New Plan
It's now 8:50pm and I've finished reviewing my logs.... so here's the new plan. No calories after 8p and some form of exericise on my work-from-home days. Bonus effort will be to walk with the boys at least once during the weekend. Let's see how it works!

Thanks for the note
I agree with you that "diets" don't work (and aren't good for your body.) The real way to do it is to make those lifestyle changes to be healthier, at least that's what I've found. It's not a quick fix, but I didn't put on all this weight overnight either. As far a Halloween goes... my best advice is to buy candy to give out that you don't like so you won't be temped to eat it. That's what I do :)

hi :)
Just wondering how things were going for you? I love in your info section that you say you're a previous fat girl and don't want to be that again. I'm working on not being the fat girl too. Did you find it took you a while to get out of that mindset, even after you'd lost the weight?
