    Belly Fat Diet

    Now counting sugar and carbs along with fat and calories. Need to test out the belly fat diet and see if it makes a significat difference in my weekly weight loss.

    We went out to dinner at the Chancery last night. I set a New Year resolution to go out for dinner at least once a month. We almost ran out of time to do it this month and I did not want to get off on the wrong foot with my resolutions!!! I am down a total of 5 pounds today, that averages one per week. I joined a few more challenges to see if I can get some more gold stars. Tomorrow starts month two of insanity workouts. Time to dig deeper!

    Good Morning..

    Healthy hormone diets include good animal protein and healthy fats. If I want to take the fat off I know what I need to do, but it is extreme and not intended to be done for long periods of time/more than two weeks. I have to follow a super strick diet that body builders use to lean out for competition...but I burn out eating the same stuff with so many limitations. It comes down to acceptance...if I do everything I need to do each day then I dont feel guilty for not doing what I know I need to do. I guess it has just gotten easier to do something than to feel guilt for not doing it. Everyone needs diet and exercise so I am not alone. I am doing my very best each and every would be nice to look like I work hard at it. I actually feel embarrassed to tell people I do p90x and insanity because I am not fit.

    menomonee park is fun to ski. I don't get it but I struggle with why it is so hard for us to lose weight. I know you didn't cheat your diet.Our bodies are so resistant. It is SO frustrating. We are so much more consious than anyone I know. I know my body eventually gives in. Any ideas - I have been to several nutritionalist. Wha tis unique with a healthy hormone diet?
