I did receive the calipers but I haven't had time to use them yet. I plan on only using the free tools availabe on that website. However, I'm sure the software would be of great value.

Oh yeah, I've been meaning to ask...
How do you measure your miles? Pedometer, Treadmill?? How do you measure BF? I just ordered the "Accu-Measure Fitness 3000" and was going to use it in combination with this site: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html

I started really hard the 7 days (starting May 5th) and put around 50 miles in, but this past week has been difficult trying to find the time to get outside and walk. And I was so close to catching sewblue :)
