About Me
i am 14 and before i started diet i was 80 kg (160 lbs approx) i cant do sports properly run etc because of my wight. now i am on the "3 hour diet" its a very good diet better than any diet ever. ( in this diet u can eat anything and YES i mean it anything but you should have a fixed quantity read the book and you will learn more

Went to the gym yesterday and the day before approx did 400 calories on each day very proud. Also i plan to jog daily

using jillian 30 day shred workout only 20mins a day but its a hell of a workout!!!!! +about a month ago i joined a gym and i reduced my fastfood intake by once every two weeks i used to be addicted to fast food and i used to eat it 3-4 times a week thank god i over came this addiction and now when i eat it i dont feel that its that good
