Thanks mate, i have been hitting DB bench for a while now and just happened to have a go of BB the other day at the gym, think i could have done more too. I am floating around WP more these days, trying to filter through the abundance of crap that is on there.

trying to keep it low but i would be still carrying extra. Have stepped up cardio at the moment to try and combat this.. 3kg loss is good mate, hows strength?
