just gotta do a little bit every other day, basically. 3.5 days a week. plenty. every day is even better.

booze cut back
so here it is a year later. salad and soup, salad and soup! i've cut back on booze. way back. 2-3 drinks per _week_. good stuff. here's what i need to cook at home: greens and beans! double shot of kale, single shot of lentils. add some quinoa. done.
