Falling off the bandwagon
Well the other night I ate some ice cream after dinner ... well a lot of ice cream but it was pretty delicious. The good thing is the next day I was back! Well I'm just glad that I haven't tumbled into my old habits. I'm worried about tomorrow though ... the super bowl. Oh I'm going to have to work out hard today to make up for what is going to be eaten tomorrow pahaha. Oh well, you have to have a cheat day right?

It's weird when ...
I actually want to track every calorie because I want my calories to be right. I don't want to cheat anymore - writing down that I had a half a cup instead of a cup is just going to inflate in my head how much I can eat. Hopefully I'll keep with this mentality. This past week actually hasn't been that difficult ... is that horrible? I've worked out four or five days in a row ... and the workouts have been hard! I've been trying to push myself. I have a good mix going on but I need to make myself a schedule. Right now, I have cardio kickboxing on Sundays .... Monday is a good gym day .... Tuesday is kind of busy .... So is Wednesday ... might need to work in a morning workout? I just hate being sweaty and dirty for class... oh and waking up early. Thursday I can go to cardio kickboxing or the gym. Friday I have pilates at 12 ... and Saturday is me and kylie go to the gym in the evening before we go out for the night. I'm going to need to keep a calendar going to motivate myself. I also have to work in some strength training somewhere ... maybe in the morning on Tuesday and Thursdays? Then I wouldn't be sweaty for class ... I'll have to think about it. For now I'm just focusing on NOT overeating but not neglecting myself either. I need to go to Weggies to get some more food pronto!
