    Hi Tara

    Click on workouts-> Couch to 5K running plan. Under workouts section, it says WeekOne, Week two (week one is sellected by default). If you scroll down you will see a description such as Description Brisk five-minute warm-up walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.     Question

    I see you joined the couch potato to 5 k workout . . . I did too. I am new to Gyminee and just don't get it. Where are the instructions about what to do? I joined and clicked on the link but it just says something about the benefits of running. Nothing about exactly what to do. When I click on the later weeks they say the same thing. Where did you see what you were supposed to do? Thanks for your help, Tara
