About Me
Its Time to take control of my life I've been doing shift work for the last 18 years or so and have gradually put on the lbs.... on. On the 1st of July 2011, I decide that being 295lbs yes I say again being 295lbs = 21stone, it was high time for me to take control of my life. It is now 17th of July 2011, I'm am now 273lbs = 19.5 a long way off my target weight but I'm taking it one work out at a time. Wish me luck.
