another challenge down!
Ran 100 miles. saw 150 on the scale again, but last night there was a birthday party pinata and I ate too many miny candies! Just have to work a little harder today. I will see under 150.

25,000 calories
Beat the 25,000 Calorie Challenge today! Did my 5 miles @ 8:40 min/mi. Running with a faster partner really pushes it!

running.
i'm starting to overcome some of those mental hurdles of running--just focusing on my body & breathing prevents me from struggling while i run. but the pacing is something that i'm sure takes some time, especially as i increase my distance & my speed! and when i did my 4 miler the other day, you are so right--the hardest part was just keep myself occupied/entertained. :)

Nice one!
Sorry that I don't have the time to be a motivator, but you don't need one! You are doing fabulously, keep it up :)
