    Day 1

    Well it has been 7 weeks today since I gave birth to my daughter via c-section. A couple days before my surgery my weight was 204.5 lbs. I have only lost 20 lbs. I really want to change my life style and become way more active and get back into shape. Long term goal is to get my weight to 130-140 lbs and feel healthy. I have Celiac so eating is a challenge for me. No wheat, barley, rye or oats unless they are processed Gluten Free. I have a 14 year old daughter, a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 week old. I am breastfeeding the baby. I am busy during the day but not enough to count as exercise. I am planning on walking and starting the P90X program at home. I hope to find a way to fit them into my schedule and still give the children the attn they require. I will start really slow. I don't want to hurt my scar tissue or myself. Wish me luck!
