    Pro!

I just upgraded!!!! Hopefully this helps. I was addicted to the iPhone app but jsut got an android. The software isnt as good- no workout tracking in the android app... but by upgrading I integrated the calendar to my google calendar which auto syncs to my phone. Its still not quite as easy- the calendar reminds me what to do each day, but the details dont transfer. I still have to go through the mobile website to see sets. Hopefully though this helps me to continue using the DB Tracker. I just joined the Sprint Triathlon Training Plan. Here we go! And HOPEFULLY they update their apps for android users!

    What are your priorities?

Counting down the hours in my day and figuring the math just told me why I can accomplish so much. It didn't tell me what motivates me. So what you need to figure out is why your priorities are in the wrong order. What is it you are trying to accomplish? What are your goals? Time is always going to be a factor, even for me, a person with little responsibilities. I workout because I love the way it makes me feel. I love that at thirty six most people mistake me for twenty five. Exercise is the fountain of youth, not just for body, but for the mind. Figuring out why you want to do it will motivate you to do it. Impossibility of a task is in your mind, focus on the goal, but don't neglect the something else.

    Making time

You're right about that, it's sometimes tough to make time. Waking up early is my solution. I wake up between 4:30 and 5:30 depending on the workout I have planned so I can squeeze my 2 to 3 hour workout every day before work. And if I can finish work early, I can squeeze an extra hour or more in the evening. That doesn't leave much time for something else, so it's sometimes tough. But it's rewarding on the long term. Keep it up, once you get going and set yourself some goals try to stick to your plan! Good luck!
