Sorry!
I mis-entered my weight this morning and accidentally won the Quick Burn challenge. My apologies!

Wow!
Hi, I've just joined Daily Burn- just found your profile (somehow through ironman dave...) anyway, I just wanted to say congratulations you've really done so well. I've just read Tim Ferriss's book. Glad to see that it's working for you!! Keep it up! Rach

Goooooaaaal!
After 4 months of following the guidelines of the four hour body, I've managed to meet a few goals. I lost my first 20 on the lifestyle change after 2 months. Lost a couple more pounds in the following weeks, but got stuck between 302 and 308 for the past three weeks. During that time I had intermittent cheats thrown into my weeks; some with good reasons (visit of an old friend), and others without (mmm doughnuts); but despite my frustration with my apparent plateau, I stuck with it. Today I am happy to say that I crossed three milestones. First, I got below the milestone weight of 300lbs, second I transitioned from Obese II to Obese I (my doctor should be a little happy with that), and finally by getting my weight below 299, I have gotten to a lower weight than I have had at any point in the last 7-8 years. Now I know that because of how the 4HB works, I'm going to spike back above all these milestones on Sunday/Monday, but I know that even though I will, a week from today I'll be forging new ground on the scale. I can't wait to show my parents what I've been up to this year!

Frustrated
Taking the next few days off from my walk to run program. Apparently I need to get a root canal, and the pain (even through Vicodin) is preventing me from doing much of anything, most of all physical exertion. Need this pain to go away so I can get back into the habit of developing the exercise habit.
