I'm hurting!
I went out to the lake last week (Tuesday) and it was great spending time with friends. Well we took the jetskiis out and on the last ride I got balzy and I was showing off my riding skills on the water right? Well I ended up throwing all of us (3) people off the jetski. Since then my right rib has been hurting affecting my workouts and hurts whenever I lay down or put pressure on the my ribs. I'll wait it out till this Friday to figure out whether I'm going in for some x-rays to see if I damaged anything. This definately sucks!

Is it me?
Or when you're about to finish a workout and you are getting ready to hop to the next machine you see it available but as soon as you get ready to walk over to use it someone ALWAYS beats you to it! ARGH! This happens to me at least once during each workout session.

What to eat..
Still finding out the best possible breakfast for me as I am trying to build a little bit of mass while still looking lean.
