Monday - Friday 5:45-7:20.... 50 minutes on Eliptical, then weights for 30 minutes, then 15 minute treadmill (1 mile walk) or 22 minute job on treadmill (2 miles) 30 minutes weights, 15 min bike, 10 min weights, 15 minute eliptical or 15 minute walk on treadmill Weekends: Either Saturday or Sunday 1 Hour Eliptical - 15 minute weights I hurt my back a month ago, so cant do any back stuff really, been doing lots of legs, chess and arms, my shoulders still feel like they are tearing so I dont do shoulders, I do abs maybe once or twice a week. LT got new treadmills where you can plug in your ipod/iphone, and it has different terrains where the running mat changes hardness, and it has a persnonal trainer that talks to you and it saves yoru workouts to your iphone/ipod and then it uploads to nike+, so that's been nice.
