    Yay for Walking

So, we have this really cool bike/walking/recreation path right behind my work, so everyday at lunch I have been walking for the entire time *about an hour* I really love it because it is around a lake and there trees are starting to re-grow their leaves and it is so peaceful. So calming and it helped me loose a couple of pounds--not shabby for only doing it a week so far.

    Day 1

OK, so I don't care if anyone reads this along with me, but it is a good way to start. Today is my 1st official day trying to lose weight and I am at 255+ pounds. Of course I have always "said" I was trying, but walking the dog 2 times a week doesn't really count as trying. My Motivators, someday I want to have kids and I want to be able to play with them, I would like people at my work to stop looking at me like I am the "fat kid" because almost everyone is unbelievably thin, I want my hubby to join me in my quest and I figure if I do good he can too, not to mention all of the adorable cloths I have but cannot wear anymore because they do not fit =(. Ok, I guess that is a good start. Any ideas on exercising at home with out all the equipment are appreciated.
