A Healthy Experience
(RE: inbox, unfortunately Daily burn does not have a person inbox feature - you might have to check DailyMile.com if you want something like that - except DM doesn't have food log. If you want a food log exclusively, check out dailyplate.com) I hope you enjoyed your experience in DB and I wish you the best as you continue to maintain your healthy lifestyle! Have a happy and healthy holiday!

This was really fun to incorporate what I've been learning, I posted all 3 in Fitness and Exercise 1. Losing weight before doing more? 2. 50 minutes treadmill beneficial or add more? 3. Question regarding calories burned?

Title...
Maybe I need to define my exercise goals more? My goal is to run 3 miles in 30 minutes which has been hard and I'm slowly taking time off of it...also I joined the run 100 miles club...so that's a goal as well..and do I have like a personal mailbox somewhere? I cant find it...

Potential!
It's nice that you are more aware of your schedule... if evening workouts are what you can do, well... just keep doing them for now. Making your health a priority is important, even if you have to shuffle other things around a bit. How are your nutrition goals coming along? Are you successfully meeting your macronutrient ranges? Speaking of goals, I've noticed you don't have any exercise goals? What's up w/ that? LOL!
