About Me
I'm a photographer. About 2 years ago I quited full contact Okinawa karate classes so now I'm trying to return the form to start karate again. Also I like swimming and practicing swimming the crawl with a single breath of four strokes. One of my goal is to swim several miles without stopping with a single breath of SIX strokes.

Weigth: 83.1 kg. Fat: 18.4% (15.5 kg). Hydro: 59.5% (49.4 kg). Muscles: 41.5% (34.5 kg). So, I lost 100 g of fat, 400 g of water and…200 g of muscles. Last week I have no excercises except swimming (1 time) and running (1 time). :-(
