Bike Ride
I went on a 5+ mile bike ride with the girls in tow yesterday. I could barely even stand up afterwards. Holy cow!

Treadmill work
I have a long way to go. I was pretty tired after 5 minutes on the treadmill. Let's get to 30!

That was hard
Ok, I can barely walk right now. I only went 10 mins on the bike, but my legs are so sore right now. If I just do that in the morning I know that it'll affect my every day life and energy level. Wow, that was good.
