    Title...

Haha sorry no offence intended, I was just finding my locker room screen too busy - for me it is easier just to keep it to the people I know in real life. Hope things are going really well for you! :)

    Vegan meals

Hey there, where do you get your recipes for your vegan meals. I read your posts in "meat replacement" forum and its so true that people don't really know the difference in taste if they haven't been told what they are eating is vegan. I am currently deployed in the US Army so I am kinda forced to eat what the Army provides (which is not vegan at all) but definitely want to get back into eating vegetarian or vegan when I go home. Any advice? BTW I love Victoria, went there on a mini honeymoon with my wife before I deployed last year.

About Me

My name is Amy. I'm very much into staying fit and healthy through regular exercise and a vegan diet. The philosophy which I follow carries the notion that in order to be happy and healthy, a sentient being should not have to unnecessarily die for a backward desire. The side effects of my diet include a low carbon footprint, less likelihood of disease, lower contribution to wastage of resources and a general good feeling knowing nobody dies for my food! Some animals die due to pesticides in vegetable farming, though - but I have to draw the line somewhere seeing as I need vegetables to sustain myself =) I'm keen to increase my upper body muscle development as I have always focussed on lower body. www.healthsuppliesonline.com
