LG analysis (17MAY)
been doing LG style reverse pyramid training for a little over a month now and have been enjoying it. Careful analysis has indicated that my lifts are going up very very slowly but progress is being made, just not the way I am used to... also with lowered cals this is understandable ... I am not losing strength so I will stick with it for another month and re-evaluate.

Used gym 21APR12
Used my globo-gym for the second half of my chin workout. Learned that the only things worth doing were the low-row and DB rows (even though the DBs only go up to 75lbs!!???).

Day 098 (progress and then...)
Made some great gains on box squats and got back to even on all other lifts but bench..... getting too fatigued and not getting enough recovery on such heavy lifts... it is time for a new routine...

Tried new workout today.... essentially a legs, back and biceps day...(split) Liked 1 arm rows, goblet squats were good but light.... other dumbell squats felt awkward but okay.... deads were okay;.... bridge was good...
