Back in this saddle
Ok.. so no excuses. The food is back in and we can do more of this reduction and exercise. I have 3 weeks before its bathing suit time and we need to be good. :-) Lets plan to have dinner on Val day and the rest we are doing the protein stuffs. Don't let the pressures of work, school and BF steer you from your course. Go girl!

Holidays over
Thank god the holidays are over and I can get back on track. I didn't do terribly through them which is great. My next intermediate goal is the 18 lbs by the CR flight date. I am in a roomy 18 now, and by CR time I plan to be smoothly between a 14-16 AND below the good and below the 200 mark. So wardrobe will be an issue in CR, since it takes so long to get stuff mailed back and forth, and of course it doesn't fit now. I have this resolution to resolve this issue. I am buying 18 summer clothes (CHEAP). Since they run small they are sorta really 16s. And I can just take them up a bit, since they are cheap. Luckily we are only going for a 1week. So I dont need much but BEACH wear. Although I am giving some thought to that issue. That said, I am working on these flabby thighs and legs. Lets see if almost 2 months of exercising them and loosing another 20lbs will make them presentable at the beach. So add a leg exercise to that list of stuff to do by CR too.

New Scale is in..
Ok, so the new fancy dancy scale is in. And I got on it and it says 236. Well that just shows you how weird the other scale was behaving. Im still on this ultra low calorie liquid diet and I didn't loose weight in 2 weeks. Laughable! Im in my old size already. My pants fit great in a 20. Well anyway, now we will be better able to track progress. This scale can do all kind of marvels, like body fat this and that. But I think I will wait a bit before I need to look at those. After all, I am 100lbs (or more depending on who's chart you read) overweight, I think I must be plenty of fat. LOL. Just a guess and I dont need a scales measurement to tell me that. But, my head it together now. I am still in it to win it. Think Thin!!

The scale
Ok, so the scale is acting all crazy! We need to get one that is far more reliable and with large numbers. So I can see without my glasses. So, I will either go to Wallyworld or internet to find a new one.

Weights.. today
So, I lifted a few weights this morning. I did some curls and some arm exercises for the back arm. I also did the ball, some crunches. All in all I feel fine and not very taxed. I will try to do this every couple of days. I would love to get rid of these flabby arms.
