I got totally unmotived when I got sick again and stopped doing everything! I put on weight and hate it. So today is a new day. I'm starting OVER. Jessie

Running again
So I went to the track for the first time in like 2 weeks. I ran over half a mile, mixed with walking the rest. It's not AMAZING, but it's better than not going. Hopefully by the end of next week I can run a full mile no problem. *Crosses fingers*

I'm back on the horse today. No running, but I did my crunches and push ups. I'll run tomorrow after classes :)
