Day 9/90
Yoga with the new instructor today. Was good, hopeful that she will be a good replacement for Jenny Brown.. though no one can really replace Jenny Brown. Hopefully David will have a proper meal prepared when I get home tonight and we won't have to eat crap food for dinner. Tomorrow cardio again.

Day 8/90
Well, the weekend didn't go very well. Not sure how I am going to get a handle on weekend eating, but hopefully it will come along on it's own as the weekday has. Didn't manage to get breakfast for the week made either, so I am going to try to do that tonight for the rest of the week. Not looking forward to working out at lunch, but prepared to do it none the less. I did do my 40 minute workout with the new HR monitor, which was pretty nice to have. I even managed to do 10 minutes straight on the recumbant bike, which last week I was lucky to make 2 minutes on the damn thing, so that is good.

Day 5/90
Had to fast from 9 last night until they finally finished my tests at 10:30 this morning, so now I want to eat everything! Have a pot luck tonight, so I am trying to hold back on the carbs a bit for that and I would like to drink a couple of hard mango drinks, so that eats up a big chunck. Having eaten so late today, I am craving all sorts of bad foods right now.

Day 4/90
Yoga was downright easy after those aerobic days! Hoping tomorrow will be a good workout day and my legs won't be hurting right from the start.

Day 3/90
Today I rest! Yeah. No exercise planned for me today. Tomorrow is yoga and Friday is back to the cardio. So far so good on the calories and carbs. Find out friday what my actual caloric intake will be. Have just been using an estimate till now.
