Thank you for all the best wishes. I'm trying my best. Found out I have fibromyalgia and I'm trying to lost weight to help my back and doing exercises to help my illness. Hope it helps both.

Welcome!
Hi! Thanks for adding me as a motivator :) My name's Sandy and I'm 28, Canadian, living in Mexico (Veracruz). I'm trying to loose about 25lbs. I'm married, have a cat and dog and am just getting paperwork organized to start working as an English teacher at a primary school here. I try as best as I can to eat healthy. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen and living in Mexico I have an amazing supply of fresh fruits, veggies, seafoods and meats that are fresh, local and for the most part pesticide free. My weakness is salt and Polish food. My parents are from Poland and the food from there is very rich and fatty. Lots of simple carbs and everything is covered in butter and sour cream. I just can't let go of that. I'm not the biggest fan of exercise. I do need kicks in the butt with that. The one thing I love to do is walk. I walk everywhere all the time. All the exercise I do is at home. I have a set of 5lb weights, some resistance bands, a stability ball and a 10lb kettlebell. I'm trying to get into the routine of doing the workouts from the other dailyburn site but since I'm not working now I have no schedule and seem to procrasitinate a lot :P I'm hoping that once I start working I'll get better with that. So that's everything about me...I think, if you have a question just ask. Tell me about yourself. What are your goals? Are you more interested in exercise or diet (lifestyle change)? What are your strengths? weaknesses? What is your schedule like? What would you like from me(kicks, advice, recipes)? Do you have a deadline for your weightloss goal? Where in the USA do you live?
