Back on track and feeling great!
I have a bad habit of eating 3 500-600 meals or two big meals a day. Growing up in NYC morning subway rush didn't allow me to enjoy breakfast very often. Thanks to my support group: my husband, my sister, my docs. I am taking small steps to a better me. I am trying to break down what I eat into 300-400 meals 6 times a day and 100-300 calories snacks of course. It has been working out lovely. I have been staying within my very comfortable 1500-1600 calorie range! ^~^ I switch it up! I have low carb days and vegetarian days. I know it is one extreme to another but I am juggling 2 conflicting health issues; my cholesterol and diabetes. What is helping me in this battle is my years of homemade Latina cooking experience, and my passion for food. :0) I already know that I will reach my goal of being under 200 by the end of the year!

Can't seem to stay on track
I recently moved, and with all the distractions I have not been watching what I eat. A few days ago my husband took a snap shot of me. I almost cried, I look like I weight 300lbs :( My face isn't there anymore. I just doesn't look like me.

Why Chinese?
This was a not so healthy day. It started out fine then we had Chinese. I love Chinese food. I did do something different however. I have this ritual of pairing Chinese with Grape Soda. It is a combination I've enjoy since I was a teen. Don't knock till you try it, it is very good. Well I don't encourage you try it either (lol) I did not keep it low low call today, but I have my Chinese w/o my grape soda was tough, but at least it saved me the empty calories. I really missed it. I think I will not have Chinese for a very long time. Until I loose another 10 lbs and enjoy my grape soda with it as well. Hey don't get me wrong, I am not rewarding myself with food, I am just reserving this cheat day dish for hopefully is the near future. =] I reward myself with clothing hahahaha xD

I've been sick :(
I haven't been tracking what I ate for the past few days, all I can say it was a lot of soup, and chicken. I just bought a trampoline I did 10 mins I was dying. I did not think it would be that difficult! I promise to do two more sessions of 10 tonight. I feel awful, with cramps and all too. I figure getting the blood flowing is good for me right now.
