Still going ...
Week two is coming to a close, and I am on schedule to exercise 5 days in succession again. I leave Port Moresby tomorrow afternoon, so the challenge now will be to maintain the momentum and keep going next week once I am back home and start to feel the impact of the "silly season". With pre-season hockey starting in about 8 weeks, I need to keep this going! Merry Christmas to all.

I'm back
Just started the second week of my latest fitness campaign. Managed five successive days last week, and then rested over the weekend. Started again today, and plan to have five sessions again this week. They're only short sessions, but they involve some serious hill work, and with the company of a fellow fitness junkie, I should get myself back into the habit of doing some morning exercise.
