    Goal Accomplished!

    I did it! I hit the gym 4 days in a row this week and I feel great! Next week I'll be traveling Monday and Tuesday so I'll have to do some small strength training at the hotel or something but I'll be right back at the gym Wednesday night. Zumba was great last night and I even got a friend of mine addicted to it now!

    Goal

    Goal for the week is to hit the gym 4 days in a row. And if not in a row then I cant go out this weekend and have to go to the gym both friday and saturday. Only exception will be if an emergency comes up and I cant make it to the gym. And being lazy does not count as an emergency

    Sighh

    So just my luck that I have the flu or whatever this is. Andd its that time of the month. So monday and tuesday were sit on the couch and try not to overeat days for me. But today I went to the gym and did an hour on the bike. Figured I'd keep it easy for now until this cold is 100% gone

    Its been 3 months. I think the issue is that most of my time is spent updating my blog instead of DailyBurn. But I'm really going to try to get back into it because I did so well when using this tool. And i just downloaded the android app so it should be a bit easier
