day two
didnt wake up to work out this morning. i'm thinking i should try and go at night instead as in the morning for me it is hard to get anything done. i have ate well today. i had a coffee this morning which is my one thing I will need to see if i need to eliminate or lower. that was breakfast. lunch was a protein shake with lowfat milk, and a salad with lettuce, spinach, onion, green pepper and chicken breast. don't know what i will be doing for dinner yet but glad i've stuck to it today so far. at work there is a birthday party in two hours, i will not be eating any cake. trying to avoid carbs right now from breads, rice, pasta etc... so maybe vegetables and fish for dinner. trying to drink lots and lots of water as well.

p.s. I absolutely hate push ups which is why I joined the challenge. HATE THEM. but did 10. hope I grow to get better at them and do more reps. practice makes perfect. i need some arm muscles and thats a good way to get em

day one
hello, just got an iphone and hoping since i will be on it everyday, maybe these types of app's will help me stay more motivated and focused on fitness and healthy lifestyle's everyday. I'm not necessarily fat, but I definitely have some fat I could lose and really want to tone up especially in the stomach area but know I need to do more cardio for that to happen so here I am today. Ate terrible today, was last day of care free eating (I HOPE!) so tomorrow will be more strict with myself. Good luck to all. waking up in morning to return to the gym
