Steady
Weighed in at 155.2 again today, the plummet was short lived. I look forward to the next week, when some of the running shows.

Kinda weird...
Down to 155.2lbs this morning, kinda weird losing so much so fast, I wonder if it is real. I will see next week. At this rate I wonder if I can be down to 150 by valentines day. That is my new goal!!

Carbs
I constantly think about carbs...I'm obsessed. My goal is to get down to 157 by February 6th. AND keep is off while out of town all week!

Day 1
I've been informed that my sister is taking a trip to Miami in April and I need to get bikini ready.....here we go again. I feel like I make goals surrounding an event and then fall short. She told be about Daily Burn and said I should use the website to track my progress. I feel like I have done this in the past and failed. I need to be positive. Cut the junk out completely and get focused. I need to find a way to motivate myself and be proud of myself. I hope this is it.
