About Me
I'm a breast-feeding mom with a healthy, happy baby born in September 2010. After 9 months, I am nearly back to my pre-pregnancy weight and am usually sleeping through the night. My goal is to lose 20 pounds before the bambina's first birthday. Most of my workouts right now are at home, or with the baby (i.e. walking, etc.).

Brand new week!
Nice work making your calorie goals! I agree, DB does not have a great platform for logging weight workouts accurately. Good job on getting it in on Sunday. Shark week should be completed for you so now a whole month before bloating strikes again.

ugh cold plus period plus toddler
not that much working out this weekend. I did get a good weight workout in on Sunday, but can't be bothered to record it. New week...and I'm starting to feel better.

Didn't even TRY to journal last night's dinner
It was delicous japanese/peruvian small plates. I didn't overeat...but there was wine and an avocado cocktail involved. NO dessert, so I felt rightous
