Hey!! We weigh about the same weight (although u are much taller than me!!). Just wondering what approaches to nutrition and exercise you are currently taking? Ie I am at the gym 4 days a week and I eat mainly fresh fruit & veggies, trying to keep a low calorie count.

Nutrition
The level 2 things are from the P90x nutrition guide. There's a guide as to how much you eat (I found it too much to eat so adjusted accordingly) based on 3 levels and most of my food falls in the 2nd level. P90x is amazing!!! It's the best workout I've ever tried, and the one that I've made the most progress on (even though the scale doesn't show it my body composition has changed dramatically). The workouts require alot of fuel (food) to get through otherwise you end up crashing and not able to make it to the end. There are various different levels of workout - lean, classic, doubles, and plus. I recommend starting with lean and then progressing through the different tiers - I started with classic but ended up burning out too quickly so dropped into lean. The programmes are split into 3 strength training days, 2 cardio and 2 stretching. There is a fitness test that is recommended that you pass in order to start the programme. If you don't pass the Power 90 is a good build up to P90X. x
