my first bike ride
in 56 days! holy moly.. felt like I've never ridden that bike before! not good! must remember this feeling, if I ever want to skip workouts again.. this was a long hard ride, and I kept having to lower the intensity, as my hr was going above the high range.. well at least I have a new "starting point" to improve on now :D

honest day..
not quite "exact" though.. because today is one of those days, where I only had about 1 hour of sleep the night before, and I'm all messed up for the day.. I get the "I don't care" attitude, which I know will be gone tomorrow after a good nights sleep tonight (which I am going to find, and turn on my sound machine right beside my pillow, as it was the outdoor dog howling throughout the night last night that kept me awake til around 4:30 am) I wasn't going to log my food intake, but I am more curious than worried about what I ate today. I know my choices have been more carbs than I usually choose (that happens when I get very little sleep, and I don't fight it anymore) ... it's only 6:30 here, and I'm not ready for my dinner, so I'm not sure if I will have that hamburger .. it may be an apple with a cup of tea.. (better choice right lol) I just finished munching on chippets , and even though I logged 5 TBSPs, I'm not sure how many TBSPs I had lol. I do know I had a quarter of a cup,.. because I did measure it in to the 1/4 cup measuring cup :D .. I'll get back on track tomorrow.. I'm learning not to "blow a gasket" over these types of days, as they don't happen very often. but I did want to record things just so I know how badly I can get off track.
