Getting myself in shape!
I workout every day of the week except sundays, doing Perfect pushups and ab workouts on mondays, wednsdays, and fridays. On tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays i workout my biceps. And i do cardio every day of the week for 30 minutes a day except for sat. and sun. I am seeing great results and am encouraged to reach my goals of having 6- pack abs and being ripped and in shape.
