    Bike computer

    Since I'm quickly becoming a bike geek, I'm going to finally put my bike computer on my "racing" bike, I've already put an awesome leather saddle, bike bags (which I looooove) and a new front light (I should have gotten the one that doesn't blink it's no good in darkness)

    Weight

    That's what I'll do from now on then! Already looking forward to next week, I'm currently planning where I should bike to Tuesday because the weather is perfect and I have had a few days of inactivity and I have a job Wednesday, Thursday is also already planned because I have to go home from work 65 km!

    is to weight the morning after wc and before breakfast. I check my father's diabetes in this way because doctors say it's better.

    Looking forward to weighing myself!

    I'm going to weigh myself just once a week because I know my weight fluctuates too much during the day and the week just from eating and drinking. I just wonder how to do it so the results are comparable, should I chuck a liter of water before going to bed, or should I pee before stepping on the weight in the morning? Or just jump on as the first thing I do?

    Meeting with unhealthy breakfast

    I consider it a personal test of will to take me to a meeting and provide lots of unhealthy breakfast, white wheat bread, butter, fat cheese and jam... I ended up eating 3 pieces, opting for the most coarse of the two breads, in retrospect I could probably have done better by taking my own rye bread with lots of seeds and skipped the butter alltogether. When there's fatty cheese and jam, you don't really need the butter.
