WOW
Kelvin You have pretty specific goals. I just want to lose some weight. I weigh 165 lbs now. When I was training, I weighed 153-154 lbs. Abdomen has gotten flabby too I also want to starting running about 10-20 miles a week. I'll start with a low bar then work my way up. I did a 2.25 tempo run today around the rose bowl. happy new year and let's keep up the exercise. \ Ryan

2010 Goals for Health
1. Super Kinetic Energetic! I want to be full of energy to be able to surpass the typical super high energy levels of kids pre-h.s. level. This means I feel alert throughout my wakeful hours as if I had a cup of coffee <2hrs ago. This means I have mental clarity on command at all times of the day. This means I never feel tired during my wakeful hours. This means I have more up time (wakeful hours) than most (>17hrs / day) consistently throughout the week. 2. Turtle Heart Rate... I would like to have my average resting heart rate down to <50bpm 3. Ideal Body Weight. I'm guessing 175-180 is a good body weight (assuming muscle over fat :) makes up the weight) 4. All Biometric Readings Ideal. All measures read in ideal range (cholesterol, blood pressure, etc., etc.) - I guess this means I should figure out what those measures will be if I'm to track that. Ultimately, I want optimal health. Always have tons of energy, never get sick again, and always feel strong. Not too much to ask for right? :)
